In our story, until today we were treated by several designers to create product design, more precisely chairs. There are many examples of chairs of all shapes and sizes. Today the design gallerist made a brief selection of some Contemporary and Iconic Chairs that serve as inspiration even today.
Panton-Chair by Verner Panton
Danish designer Verner Panton is one of the group of designers who broke with the Scandinavian tradition of producing handcrafted teak wood furniture.
Panton was fascinated by the opportunities opened up by the new plastics, which, due to their lack of structure, do not limit the designer to any particular forms, and engender inexpensive products.

Chandra Chair by Koket
Chandra is both bold and daring. The modern edge in this chair exudes the feeling of vintage glam. While polished brass bands delicately bind the chair highlighting the sculpted fluidity of the tight back satin upholstery.
BETULA CHAIR by Apical Reform
The chair, a sinuous structure made entirely out of birch ply, is an example of fluid deconstructivism that is pleasing aesthetically and comforting ergonomically. Concealed within the simple form of the chair is the meticulously resolved stability and comfort.
Emporium Fur By Boca Do Lobo
Beyond furniture and its primary function, our designers push the object to new levels and blur boundaries. The team has conceived this exclusive piece by questioning the notion of space, experimenting with material, and playing with color. A sense of fun and frivolity pervades in this chair, but this exclusive piece also manages to be sophisticated, thought-provoking and (above all) finely handcrafted.

Tulip Chair by Erro Saarinen
The “Tulip Chair” is one of a series of chairs, armchairs, stools, tables, and side tables developed by Eero Saarinen within a five-year period. The characteristic feature of the series is that the supporting structure has been pared to a central supporting stem “like a wineglass” in order to emphasize the uniformity of table and chair.
