At the Salone del Mobile 2017, Milano, this French label, by its name Alki, reveals its Egon Furniture Collection for Lounge Spaces. This one designed by Iratzoki Lizaso. The public is offered a combination of different types of objects that coexist, each with its own character.
A curiosity, Iratzoki Lizaso is an industrial design studio located in the Basque Country. This company of Jean Louis Iratzoki and Ander Lizaso work more properly with small companies and large corporations. This studio is a wooden house, surrounded by a forest, in which comes the inspiration and strength for everything that is produced.

This collection is composed of a set of sofas, a series of poufs and a set of coffee side tables. These are drawn and constructed in a rounded way, giving a geocentric simplicity to avoid any sense of sophistication. The coffee side tables are covered by a metal plate, usually filled with arrangements. This architecture has been reinterpreted using wrought iron hand, as a result, the imperfect surfaces contrast with the modernist and geocentric forms of the three coffee tables.
