ARTISTS & CREATORS CONTEMPORARY DESIGN
We all had once desire of creating our own world right? Putting our hands in the “dirt” and let imagination guide us through the process. Well, that’s Eny Lee Parker daily routine in her studio in Queens.
The Brazilian-born, Korean designer is challenging the possibilities of ceramics. Inspired by the amorphous forms of stuffed animals, cinematic creatures, and cutesy marshmallows that take us to the same childlike joy of youthful memories. Eny Lee plays along with different materials, shapes and textures. Creating products that remind us to stop and appreciate our inner child as fluffy chairs, cute and cosy pattern rugs, vases, bench or lamp made of colourful or neutral clay. Her imagination goes beyond the horizon.
We selected our favourite pieces of Eny Lee, so enjoy yourself through her work and let your inner child have fun.
