MASQUESPACIO new designs for RACO’s

creative studio

Masquespacio Studio is an creative consultancy created in 2010 by Ana Milena Hernández Palacios and Christophe Penasse. Combining the 2 disciplines of their founders, interior design and marketing, the Spanish design agency creates custom-made branding and interior projects through a unique approach that results in fresh and innovative concepts. Today we are going to look into the jaw dropping work of Masquespacio with RACO.

RACO contacted the creative studio with the aim of rebranding and product redesign, to make their clients fall in love with them again through a new actual product line that mixes unique, trendy products with authentic author designs.

With a touch of fantasy and a completely different style, a total of 4 products were reimagined and presented in a campaign that was meant to represent each product in real environments. They adopted a more colourful style form that the creative consultancy is already really well known for, but also a more romantic aesthetic and contemporary set-ups.

After the redesign of RACO’s brand, Masquespacio has designed a new lamp that will take part of the new collection from the Barcelona based brand. That way the lamp will be the first official author design that will be launched within the new brand characteristics.

Called Shade the design from the creative studio in first case seeks its inspiration through the shadows of our lives projected by the Mediterranean light. Above Shade creates a strong contrast between materials that are not usual in the lighting sector, combining raffia, leather, marble and brass, while it shows characteristics from postmodernism.

Last, could be highlighted the fact that all the materials are natural, to make them live together through the artisan production from RACO’s collections.
