Design Gallerist present rose quartz a new concept of mid century style a wrocław patisserie designed by polish designers BUCK STUDIO.
The entire project – from concept and branding (visuals, staff outfits, signage, naming, packaging) to the interior, furniture and fixtures design, and kitchen and workflow design – has come from BUCK STUDIO in cooperation with the Nanan partners, the concept hangs together so beautifully.
The specialty of the patisserie is the éclair – inspired by the interior design and the visual identity of Nanan, the cake’s oval shape is echoed in the central island counter with a display that operates almost like a glass cabinet in a jeweler shop.

Éclairs have also inspired the bespoke design of lamps and other details of the interior such as mirrors, door handles, coat hangers and veneer perforation. A éclair motif has naturally lent itself to the patisserie’s visual identity design.
The marshmallow interiors, pink velvet sofas, curving forms, shiny brass, marble tops and chevroned oak floors all fit in. The oblong stadium shape repeats in the logo, doorways, counters and lighting fixtures, giving the space a coherent, soft, retro ambiance.

The whole place is given a context of soft, velvet, pink walls with arched doorways. Combined with delicate shining brass details it builds a rather surreal ambiance of a dream world.
