You might have seen he‘s work before you ever heard his name, Yoann Lemoine is a French music video director, graphic designer, and musician. The young producer is a real post-digital renaissance artists mainly working as a film director in media such as video, 8 to 35mm film, 2D and 3D animation, Stop Motion, photography, illustration, painting, screen printing, sculpture, collage, knitting, and holograms. His most notable works include his music video direction for Katy Perry’s “Teenage Dream”, Taylor Swift’s single “Back to December”, Lana Del Rey’s ‘Born to Die” and Mystery Jets’ “Dreaming of Another World”.
His creations are related to subjects such as childhood, absence, nostalgia, sexuality, fashion, symbolism, and that patchwork, that collision between different worlds and techniques.

He is an award winning director of music videos, in June 2010, Lemoine received 5 Lions for his AIDS Awareness campaign Graffiti at the Cannes Lions Advertising festival. In 2012, he also receives the award for Best Director of the Year at the MVPA Awards in Los Angeles and is nominated for 6 MTV Video Music awards for his videos for Lana Del Rey, Drake and Rihanna. Yoann Lemoine is also a songwriter and singer under the name of Woodkid.
