Today Design Gallerist presents you the project submitted by Turkish interior architecture firm Yonca Sirmen. The Chef’s Bistro is an Italian Cuisine restaurant based in Favoritenstraße 79, Vienna, Austria designed by Yonca Sirmen Interior Architecture team at the beginning of 2018. Local construction team in Vienna was supervised by Architect Dino Mirvic. The target market was generation X and Y. The design concept was to give a feeling of being in the same location for many years with the use of a combination of many materials and design elements. Approaching elegantly to that coincides with the beauty of randomness.
Yonca Sirmen’s Team used 3D fiber panels on walls Heritage brickwork, concrete walls and entrance ceiling mix and integration of all patterns provided by ‘ART STONE’. They have layered this material both with acoustic felt tiles and metal work which also had a lighting effect.
All the acoustic tiles were provided by ‘FELTOUCH’ which adds a 3D effects. They have used Cracker Felt panels behind the logo for 3D effects as well as sound absorbing at the entrance. All metal and wood furniture was custom designed by Yonca Sirmen Interior Architecture and manufactured in Turkey.
‘TWINS LIGHTING’ has manufactured all the metal work used on walls for 3Ddepth, furniture metalwork, and custom lightings. Custom Metal 3D panels were used to cover the bar facade and some columns also providing a storage area.
